Kristian Paloheimo

Kristian Paloheimo is the founder and CEO of Sytytä. His background is in the world of recruitment agencies and his studies have been completed (so far) in educational sciences from the University of Tampere. Even though studies have been completed, the quest for learning should never cease.

 

Kristian's strongest experience lies within the technology sector and with growth companies. Partnering with growth companies is not only rewarding but also extremely diverse. Building teams is a pivotal aspect of companies' success, and being involved in these cases ignites his enthusiasm. Kristian serves clients in recruitment and executive search assignments while organizing job simulations and various assessments.

 

Of course your work can’t be your whole life, and Kristian’s free time is spent doing various forms of physical activity or just keeping up with sports from the comfort of his own couch. Tennis, occasional wandering on traditional ski trails (completed the 2023 Finlandia-ski), and diverse sports-related discussions that get your heart pumping are among Kristian's favorite pastimes.
