Vaisto – An expansion story from Tampere to Germany

Vaisto was looking for a partner in the HR field who could handle the recruitment pipeline and candidate evaluation and help with certain HR activities within the company. So far, we have raised the headcount with numerous people and have had a tight-knit partnership in business. The next step is to move abroad and help Vaisto find the right people in German software markets.

What do you see as the most critical aspects for you?

What plans do you have for the coming years?

 

“Expanding to Central European markets has been one of our goals right from the beginning. We aim to build a good-sized team in Karlsruhe, Germany. We plan to have the first team members onboard next spring.”
